Send message to mobile over wifi and display notification

I want to send messages from computer to mobile phone connected to my router.And also want to display notification on mobile phone(Preferably like the notification that is shown to display balance amount in phone).Does anyone know which ports are open on mobile phone on which I can send that message.And also need help to display that notification.In this I don't want any application to be installed on mobile.

Hi,
I need a laptop stand which I can use in my bed.

Lately, I've been doing too many things in my laptop and I would really like to work from my bed.

Has anyone come across any such stand? Or can anyone point me to any link?
At the worst case, at least some DIY stuff, maybe??
