Posted: 25 Jun 2011 01:39 PM PDT hi, I am a final year Btech student of computer science and at present really confused what should i be doing after my graduation.I have always planned to do a job after the four years of my studies but now there is a dillema in mind whether i should opt for an post graduation right after college or after doing job for 2-3 years. I am totally into technology and that is the only thing in engineering that interests me that is why I have ruled out the option of MBA. I am left with MS/MTech.I am confused which should i opt for and what are the future opportunities after i do MS/Mtech. would really appreciate any suggestion... |

How To Improve Programming Logic? Posted: 25 Jun 2011 08:57 AM PDT I am a programmer. I love to write code, but many times i fall short of logical skills. I am not too good in logic , and new creative ideas don't come often. How to increase creativity in programming without help of pre-defined code and book examples. |
operating system information management disk space allocation Posted: 25 Jun 2011 08:19 AM PDT Dear sir I am ashok I am reading Achyutgodbole operating system book it is nice to read I have one doubt in information management :- in disk space allocation method ,my question is actually in FAT if the block size has 512 bytes to store or suppose 1024 bytes is the block size if I want to store 700 bytes, if block size is 512 bytes and it occupies two sector one sector A takes 512 bytes and 2 bytes for giving information about next sector the next sector B gets 188 bytes the remaining 324 bytes in sector B are kept free or this cannot be used or how can we utilize this space in that sector B; and same time the FAT entry contains the used sector or block , FAT will be giving the information stating that sector A and sector B are used, the free space left by the sector B will it be left free or how c can it be used by the operating system can u please help to get clear idea for this question . thank u ashok |

Posted: 25 Jun 2011 06:36 AM PDT Hello I have developed a HTML Page and using Javascript ,i m capturing an image from Webcam.Problem is that when we open more tahn one instance of Page ,it flickers.single Page works fine. What I felt is that flickering is due to that when we open more than one instance ,sometimes requesting image from webcam gives no image or corrupted ,s it shows Red Cross instead of image n Page and sometimes shows images and keeps flickering.I am using <img> tag and in javascript ,I am creating instance of Image Class in javascript and setting its src.Problem is that when I write Document.getElementbyId("CamImage").src=ImageName. src then ImageName.src sends again a request for an Image .So is there a workaround that I can capture an image in a variable, retain previous image and if corrupted is received ,I can show the Previous Image instead of Red Cross. |
