What is the minimum intensity of light that a photo diode can detect? and how long can the light be kept for sensing it?

I know.We Engineers read 40+ Subjects and Each subject has more than 2 reference books.
So You need to buy 80+ books in 4 year engineering service which appears a joke (to me atleast).
So we prefer Ebboks. Are not we?

Solar powered wireless sensor network!

OK,I'm new here and this is my very 1st post;.
.I want some ideas from you guys about a project with wireless sensor networks..And it has already begun with a solar power source (which has the solar tracking ability ),,furthermore another arrangement to measure the voltage and current (developed by solar panels) send those data to a computer using a wireless method.
my professor said that this whole system can be used as a sensor node in a application where normal current supply is not possible like in a large paddy -field to collect data
The case is I don't have a idea where to use it...But I think you have :rolleyes:
like railway gate control..like traffic control i don't know

Micromax Bling 2 Leaked.

Micromax informed on their website that the next version of the "Phone for ladies" aka 'Bling' will release in Monday. However, the phone was leaked and iGyann posted exclusive photographs of the phone on their blog. The phone runs on Android 2.2 and features capacitive touch screen. It's also sports Wi-Fi. There is no information available on the camera.
