i am investigating the company which provides oem service meaning it has no certain product, but it accepts the orders of both individuals or acts as a supplier.

it specifies in laser water jet plasma cutting, perform welding and bending. production concerns sheet metal, synthetics, plastic, wood, stone.

what are the main aspects that influence the proficiency of such company, what changes are relevant to perform?
