Understanding BJT

Posted: 23 Apr 2011 10:59 AM PDT

I am wondering if someone can help me understand a problem. This PNP BJT problem gives a very high beta and :
Vce sat = 0.2V (if needed for the problem)
Vbe = 0.7V
Ie = 0.5mA (independent current source)

It follows the by Ic = B * Ib that we can take the base current Ib as zero. As such by Ie = Ic + Ib it is clear Ie = Ic. If it turns out that both CBJ and EBJ are forward biased I can no longer make this assumption that Ie = Ic, am I correct?

Hello friends..... i got an project idea and i have to make this project, in which i have to transmit the AV signals within the the range of 25-30 feet region. The Tx module has AV input from TV or DVD player or something media-player like that. And at the other side I want to receive the output on my PC (and mobile also, if possible). I have to transmit and receive the data wireless, and the size of the antenna should be very small, like the antenna of our wireless router... Can u people please help me ?? What should I do to for this ?? How to make Tx and Rx for this ?? Please give ur suggestions..... Thank u very much... :)
