What to opt for post graduation after b.tech CSE Posted: 26 Feb 2011 04:49 AM PST hey friends! Finally joined community and now I am a member. I am in 3rd year of my computer science degree and have been looking at your site for guidance since my last year in school, and finally joing it today. Sorry for being so late. Okay, I needed some guidance about my future and who better to ask then fellow engineers. My interests are in programming and animation or something like artificial intelligence. I do have good creative skills. what shall i opt for my postgraduation? MS? in which field? I don't want to do teaching job and i don't think that i am that intelligent for research kind of work. I want to work in some MNC but after some post graduation. is it possible after MS or shall i go for MBA or both? If I go for MBA it might be like abandoning my technical education and i don't want to do that. Well which field will giive more earning? What others options are available for postgraduation? Sorry there are lot of questions but I am at that point of life where everyone ask's these questions:) |

The First Organic Processor By Europeans Posted: 25 Feb 2011 10:40 PM PST The Europeans will introduce the first organic processor made up of organic semiconductors this week at the International Solid-State Circuits Conference, in San Francisco. This processor has 4000 transistors and 8 bit logic. The processing speed is low as that of a 1970s era silicon model. But the advantage is that the chip can bend. [...] More... |
Posted: 25 Feb 2011 10:36 PM PST Many times I have heard a lot of people saying that I was unlucky in that particular thing. I guess being unlucky is just a form of bad timing, Let me explain, If your timing is good then your luck is with you. Success is not achieved by luck its by doing the right thing or by doing the appropriate thing at the right/appropriate time. I used to think I am an unlucky person whenever I failed in something, but then a thought came to my mind that its lack of preparation and when I analyzed it I was right I mean I wasn't ready at the right time. Some people can also say what suppose if you worked hard for a exam and didn't get success. Well that's where LUCK comes. So, ppl whats your take on this??? Is it a bad luck or a bad timing??? |

The Cold Science of Cryogenics Posted: 25 Feb 2011 08:40 PM PST The word Cryogenics is originated from greek words 'kryos' meaning 'frost' and 'genics' meaning 'to produce'. Cold science suggests that branch of science carrying out processes at low temperatures. But how much low? Here the temperature range is 100 Kelvin (K) to absolute zero (0 K). Cryogenics is the branch of physics which deals with [...] More... |
Contents of registers when 8085 is powered on? Posted: 25 Feb 2011 07:42 PM PST When we power on the 8085 microprocessor kit, all the memory locations contain garbage values. Is it the same case with registers (A, B, C, D, E, H, L)? Do they contain garbage values or they contain all zeroes? I have heard that the flag register is always initialized to zero, when 8085 is powered on. WHat about other registers? |
