Serious PHP Security Flaw Discovered: Hangs On 2.2250738585072011e-308

A serious PHP security flaw has been discovered in PHP. The servers using 32 bit version of PHP can be compromised by passing just a URL.

If you are running a 64 bit version of PHP you are unaffected, but if you are running in 32 bit mode, or you are not sure, now would be a good time to drop everything and make sure that your server is not vulnerable, by installing the latest version of PHP either from php.net, or from your own webserver vendor. Zend Server has a hotfix available already.

Java: replace() by accepting characters dynamically

plz give example on replace() by accepting characters dynamically in Java. Actually i tried following code:



System.out.println("Enter characters to be replaced:");
char s4=(char)System.in.read();
char s5=(char)System.in.read();
System.out.println(s4);
System.out.println(s5);
String r=s1.replace(s4,s5);
System.out.println(r);


But it is not accepting s5 character.

As we know all the small letters ascii's are in 2-digit and space's ascii no is 32.So if this question's are in ascii we must find 32 at some regular interval.
So i don't think these question's are in ascii...!!

TECHNOVISION'11 is the technical paper presentation event of TROIKA, the annual technical fest of IEEE student branch of DelhiTechnologicalUniversity (formerly Delhi College of Engineering), Delhi organized in the month of February, 2011.

How to Answer "why are you looking for a change" question.

This is for people who are experienced and who want to shift to another company.

May be it is telephonic or personal interview this is the most obvious question asked in the interview.

I dont know why they would ask this question , I need experts advice and answers to this.

These are the following points I read and heard somewhere regarding this question.

1. Never say bad about the company you are working with.
2. Never say money is the factor.
3. Say new opportunities, new challenges, new technologies blah blah..
4. Say wanted a change in technology/domain.
5. Or else use product based/service based terminology.

So this is what the list I have. I have said something blunder in the interview which I faced a 6 months back.

Now tell us how will you answer this.

HI! i'm srinivas studying in final year of BE cse. last weak i deleted some important files accidently. later i recovered those files but, i'm not able to open most of vedios & images which are very much important. can any one plz suggest a way to rebuilt d images or make it to open!.

Force required to compress air in cylinder

Need help with this
.. Suppose I have a cylinder with plunger arrangement on one side and the other is blocked.. and when i push the plunger the air compresses.. Can anyone suggest me formulas to calculate how much force or work done to compress the air..
