A battle awaits, the brave ones, to enthrall. The brave ones of mind, not arms, shall fight. To set Kurukshetra, with their intellects, alight. IF (you understood the above 5 lines) THEN (read on) ELSE (Exit) Here's a checklist for you, so choose whatever you feel, is apt for you: # Feel most of the ad zap, quizzes, fashions kind of culturals, are not "Your Kind" of thing. # Always want to play Mad Scientist, and beat the competition. # Want the entire class, to go "OOH!", as they marvel at your knowledge( at least once, before you leave college) # Your favorite cartoon, as a kid, was Dexter's Lab( in which case, you get a bonus of 20 points!!) # Cannot name the last five blockbusters of the year, but can rattle off the periodic table, backwards, in 2 minutes. Ok, scratch that last one perhaps. The point is, if you felt that any two of the above, was apt for you, then, dear friend, have we got good news for you. A technical festival with a difference. Really. We mean it. For starters, the emphasis is, SCIENCE IS FUN! College of Engineering, Guindy is renowned for encouraging innovation and out-of the box thinking by its students. It is in celebration of this culture of Innovation, that students of College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG) are organizing "KURUKSHETRA 11" – An International Techno Management Festival of Anna University, Chennai. Kurukshetra is being organized this year, from the 2nd to 5th of February 2011 at the hallowed grounds of CEG, Anna University, which is Asia's largest technical university. With quests, ranging from "Robotics" to "Riddles of the Sphinx", from "K! millionaire" to "K++", and with a plethora of quizzes, puzzles and coding events to add spice, KURUKSHETRA 11 promises to be a true Multi-Disciplinary concoction. The winner will be the one, who not just thinks, but enjoys, as well. Tons of prizes to be had, because, at the end of the day, KNOWLEDGE PAYS! He has joined the CE Forum in February, 2010 and has been active ever since. Read the following interview to know more about him. CE: Hi Aniket, you are a Crazy Computer engineer, tell us more about yourself. Whiz.kid.aniket: Hello guys, I am Aniket from India, currently pursuing B.E in Computer Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune. I am very passionate about computers and technology!, love music especially genre: Techno. I also like coding & yeah breaking codes . I am planning to do MS in Computer Science. CE: How did you get introduced to CrazyEngineers (CE)? Whiz.kid.aniket: I was searching for some seminar topics. CE: Why did you take up Computer as your engineering trade? What do you like the most about it? Whiz.kid.aniket: Computer is like oxygen to me! I cant live without it. I am working on/with computer since childhood. I am from ICSE Board, I had computers as a subject from 1st grade. So I got more familiar with computers. And I was very good with this 'Magic Box'. I took Computer Engineering to learn more! and take my computer knowledge/skills to next level. I love Programming. There are some specific areas in Computers which fascinates me alot, I am very much interested in computer security. In short all I can say is, I love Computers! CE: What is your favorite pass time?
